SubmitYourArticle.com Introduces ArticleTrickle

Here's some good news from SubmitYourArticle.com. They are developing a new service called ArticleTrickle, which will offer subscribers more flexibility when posting articles.

SubmitYourArticle subscribers will also be able to
spread the distribution of each article they submit over a number of days (rather than all at once), and will also be able to schedule a future date for the distribution of each one of their articles.

In the past, if you submitted all your monthly entitlement of 8 articles at once for distribution, they only went out to SYA's distribution network at the rate of 1 per day to prevent publishers from being inundated with articles from one the same writer on the same day.

Best results will come from spreading your article submissions out over the month, rather than submitting a number of them all at once. The latest improvement in the SubmitYourArticle distribution system will help you to spread your submissions while allowing you to post everything at once. Now, that is neat!

Private Label Strategy: The Good, The Bad & The Downright Ugly!

It is very important to get your private label strategy right before you start distributing PLR articles to article directories. PLR articles can be a very good thing, IF they are good quality to begin with and are properly modified by the user.

When they are well modified, they are very good indeed. But posting PLR articles without any modification at all is a bad private label strategy for your business, especially if the articles are mass circulated and poorly written, as many are.

Let's look at the good, the bad and the downright ugly aspects of PLR article publishing.

The Good: Private label articles, when used correctly, can give you a big advantage. They can increase your traffic and sales, and help build your opt-in list.

The Bad: A common mistake made by publishers of private label articles is that they fall for the temptation to be lazy. They do no more than copy and paste the article and submit without modifying it in any way at all.

The least you should do is change the title and either write your own opening sentences or modify the beginning of the article.

Most directory software automatically searches their database for duplicate titles. If the title of your article matches one in their database, your article will be rejected.

It is better to modify about 40% of the article, so make a few changes to the main body, and change the ending. If you insert your own keywords that will make the modification process easier because you will simply juggle the text around to accommodate your keywords.

The Downright Ugly: Many marketers load their articles with so many links that they turn into nothing more than extended ads. Not only will that get your articles rejected, but it will eventually get you banned.

A good private label strategy involves posting well modified, good quality articles that contain information that is useful for the readers and interesting or enjoyable to read, whether they buy your products or not. Provide good content and you will increase the chances that they will click your link in the resource box.

So, to conclude, private label articles are a great resource if they are well written, and if the user modifies them before submitting them to article directories.

Is Writing On Many Topics A Good Thing?

Submitting a lot of articles to an article directory on a number of different topics might send an alert to the article directory owner that you could be a possible spammer. You could have good intentions and simply want to submit articles reflecting the variety of different sites that you own, but having many articles on many topics could send a flag that you are aiming mainly for a high number of backlinks and the quality of your articles may not meet the requirements of their site.

If you want to submit a lot of articles on a variety of topics, try submitting certain topics to certain directories. Also, find out whether it is possible to sign up with multiple usernames or pennames and if it is, create a different account for each topic you want to write about.
