One Minute Article Marketing Course!

Here's my one-minute article marketing course that shows you how to write an article and publish it on the Internet so as to get higher search engine rankings and more targeted traffic to your website...

1. Keyword research: It is much easier and more effective to write an article around a good long tail keyword phrase than to start with a blank sheet of paper!

2. Research: Do some research for your article by plugging your keyword phrase into Google, checking out Wikipedia, Squidoo, etc etc.

3. Headline: Be sure to include your keyword phrase in your headline. 

4. Article: Include the keyword phrase in the introduction, main body and conclusion of your article. Once in the intro, once in the conclusion and no more than a couple of times in the main body of the article.

5. Resource box: Include your keyword phrase in your resource box info and link the keyword phrase to your website. Ideally, you should have a page on your website that is related to the theme of the article and the keyword phrase. Link your article to that page for maximum effect, especially if the page is selling one of your products. 

6. Submit article to directories: You can do this manually, by choosing the best directories such as ezinearticles.com, or you can use a submission software, like SubmitYourArticle.

7. Backlinks: Build as many backlinks to your article as possible to improve its rankings. It is a good idea to cooperate with a group of fellow article writers and build backlinks for each other. You can do this by voting for and reviewing each other's articles on Stumbleupon and by submitting them to social networking sites via onlywire.com.

8. Do it again...: Go back to step 1 and repeat the cycle!
